“ Ang dating pangarap lamang para sa kabataang Batangueno na mabigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga
mag-aaral na may katalinuhan ngunit hirap sa buhay na mahubog ang kanilang kakayahan at
maabot ang kanilang pangarap ay isa ng reyalidad”. - Mayor EBD

CLB Mustangs continue to carve its name in the sports history books. Coming in for their 4th tournament of the season, it was evident that they have shown progress beyond compare. In their United Collegiate Championship League (UCCL) debut, the squad made a gallant stand to cop the bronze medal in the competitions after trouncing Philippine Christian University, 107-102 in the battle for 3rd. Aljhay Sigarra once again proved his class with another Mythical Five showing and landing his 4th Most Valuable Player plum in as many tournaments after taking the ones from Makiling Cup, LCUAA and BUSCAA.
The challenges of having two simultaneous tournaments at the same time may have been evident but despite having to juggle between BUSCAA and UCCL, the Mustangs once again made it clear that they are a force in the basketball area in the region. Kudos to the great student athletes.
