CLB Joins Call for Integrity in Rosary Rally Against Corruption

Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas (CLB) joined the call for integrity and social renewal during the Rosary Rally Against Corruption hosted by Saint Bridget College (SBC) in celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, October 7.

The activity gathered schools, parishes, and organizations in a collective expression of faith, integrity, and justice.

Participants first converged at the SBC gymnasium for an opening program that emphasized the event’s purpose of promoting moral awareness and unity through prayer.

A Holy Mass followed, highlighted by the singing of “Ang Bayan Ko” led by SBC students as a symbol of patriotism and hope for national renewal.

After the Mass, delegations including CLB joined the prayer rally that moved from Saint Bridget College along M.H. del Pilar Street, passing through D. Silang Street and C. Tirona Street toward Bay City Mall before proceeding to Max’s Restaurant and the Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception.

At the basilica, participants staged a symbolic noise barrage while singing “Liwanag sa Dilim,” expressing their united stand against corruption and their faith in collective change.

Throughout the procession, CLB representatives upheld discipline, solidarity, and devotion, embodying the rally’s call to walk together for truth, justice, and peace.

The school’s participation underscored its commitment to instilling honesty, faith, and civic responsibility among students.

The event concluded back at Saint Bridget College, leaving participants inspired to continue being instruments of change and bearers of light in their communities.
