December 21, 2024 - As part of the series of culminating activities for CLB101 this semester, the students of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management and major in Financial Management visited the PDL (Persons Deprived of Liberty). These BA students was joined by the Extension Services led by Mr. James Macalalad and the Culture and Arts office headed by Mr. Jeffson Acorda. Representing the faculty for CLB101 for the two majors was Assistant Coordinator of Institutional Communications and Lead Adviser of CLIMB, Mr. Jericho Alay.
This is an annual tradition wherein the college joins hands with VIPS (Volunteers in Prison Service) to give simple gifts to these PDLs at the Provincial Jail. Also present during the gift-giving are selected representatives from Casa Del Bambino and Lyceum of the Philippines University - Batangas.

CLIMB, Mustangs Esports and Institutional Linkages Give Back
December 20, 2024 - CLIMB, the official student publication of Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas joined Mustangs Esports and CLB Institutional Linkages in giving back this Holidays season. This time, the recipients of the simple tokens of appreciations are the unsung heroes of CLB - our AGP and DSS staff.
CLIMB recognizes the effort, dedication and hard work of each of these staff in ensuring the school operates in the best way possible. Oftentimes, they are not recognized because they are most of the time operating on the background but this Christmas, CLIMB puts high importance to every single one of them. For CLIMB believes that the true essence of this season is gift giving and sharing blessings with others.

CLBIAN Rhovhie Arca Passes LECPA
December 17, 2024 - In a historic first for CLB, alumnus Rhovhie Arca became the first CPA of the institution. He is part of the pioneer batch of Accountancy graduates of the college and a former SEC President. Arca also was also part of CLIMB during his collegiate years.
CLIMB and the entire CLB community is one in congratulating Rhovhie for such a great feat. Congratulations and we hope for more successes on your future endeavors.

December 15, 2024 - The CLB Mustangs E-sports team braved the storm as they dived their way to their first external competitions less than a year from being established. Its Mobile Legends squads tested their mettle against the best MLBB teams of Luzon in the Estudyante Esports MLBB Luzon Qualifiers. The field was packed with great talents from different senior high and collegiate schools who were all raring to qualify for the national championships.
Our 7 squads qualified for the Luzon tourney which gathered 108 of the best MLBB teams in the area. And while the competition was tough, our squads proved they can go toe to toe against the best in Luzon. A big shoutout to CLB Aqua Mustangs for being in the Top 64 of the tournaments. The other CLB squads (Shadow, Fire, Light, Techno, Wind and Terra) showed promise as they battled it out against some of the best and more experienced squads.
The future is indeed bright for CLB in the world of Esports and they vow to come back stronger in the new tourneys to come.

December 13, 2024 - The 2024 BUSCAA Tournament featured a Chess Tournament at Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas, attracting numerous student-athletes from across various educational institutions in Batangas. This event marked a significant step for the college in expanding its sporting disciplines, exemplifying the potential for success in chess.
The CLB Mustangs demonstrated exceptional abilities in the contests. These accomplishments not only reflect their individual skills but also the team spirit and support from the college's administration and coaches, symbolizing the Mustangs' commitment to excellence and their role in promoting chess as a competitive sport for future generations.
The tournament's successful hosting further establishes CLB's reputation in the collegiate arena of sports.
