On November 14, 2024, 655 students and 71 staff members participated in CLB’s 4th Quarter Earthquake Drill. Under the leadership of Mr. Gail Magalang, participants practiced the “duck, cover, and hold” technique and evacuated to the Batangas City Oval Tracks in just 9 minutes and 29 seconds, marking a significant improvement in response time.
The drill involved various response teams, ensuring coordination and accountability. Mr. Magalang praised the community’s performance, emphasizing, “Mas mabilis tayong nakarating kumpara nung nakaraan, walang casualties, all safe.”
This successful drill reflects CLB’s dedication to disaster preparedness and highlights the importance of unity and readiness in ensuring everyone’s safety.

November 12, 2024 - Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas - Artisans Guild, the oldest organization in CLB introduced its first activity for this academic year, the Fusion of Realms: Digital and Traditional Art Competition at CLB Culture and Arts Room.
This event was led by the Guild's President, Mr. Reyner De Guzman together with their Adviser, Mr. Andrew Brian Deguito and the officers.
Moreover, the competition is open to all programs with a maximum of two participants per category, Digital and Traditional Art.
Artworks from this competition will be posted on Facebook Page of CLB Artisans Guild for public viewing and to gather reactions as part of the criteria for judging.

On November 8, 2024, Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas (CLB) wrapped up its 19th foundation anniversary with a seminar on teen pregnancy awareness at the Batangas City Sports Coliseum. Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Dolores D. Borras, urged students to balance knowledge with a God-fearing, socially aware mindset.
College Administrator Dr. Lorna L. Gappi encouraged students to "Fight for your futures" and make wise choices. The Dean of Education, Dr. Retchie M. Guico, introduced guest speaker Mr. Nilo M. Alcoreza, who discussed the health impacts of teen pregnancies. He was later awarded a certificate of appreciation for his contribution.
In closing, Dr. Rosanni M. Del Mundo emphasized responsible decision-making, reminding students that “there’s no teenage pregnancy if there’s no sex” and urging them to be prepared and responsible.

On November 7, 2024, Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas (CLB) celebrated the second day of its 19th anniversary, highlighting school pride and talent. Dr. Lorna L. Gappi opened with an inspiring speech, emphasizing CLB's 19-year journey as a beacon of knowledge.
Students showcased unity and talent in a lively rope dance, and friendly competition continued with "Palarong Pinoy" games where various programs excelled in team events, fostering camaraderie. The "Knowledge Bowl" quiz bee, led by Mr. Kim L. Gonzales and Ms. Marilou B. Custodio, saw BSBA team 1 emerge victorious, earning a P2,500 prize after a bonus round.
In the afternoon, "CLB Got Talent" captivated the audience with 14 performances. Winners included Mr. Kris Lawrence Dela Cruz (BEED) in first place for his dynamic vocal performance, Ms. Leable Lazo (BSA) in second with a dramatic spoken word, and Mr. Jehster Rome (BSBA) in third with a soulful guitar rendition.
Dr. Dolores D. Borras closed with praise for CLB's nurturing of individual talents and its vibrant community spirit. The anniversary celebration underscored pride, community, and the impressive growth of Clbians.
