WHAT IS INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY SERVICES?

The office is responsible for all the institution's information technology resources such as computer systems and equipment; computer laboratories; software applications; network systems; website; online systems such as student portal, enrollment system, google workspace accounts and library system; and tablet devices.

It provides technical support to students and employees regarding online systems; software and hardware applications; internet and network problems; tablet devices; google workspace accounts and other related issues and problems.

Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas' Administration commits itself to the development of employees and the efficient and effective delivery of administrative services.

MISSION

Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas' Administration aims at providing strategic management with regard to safeguarding the institution's resources, fostering excellence among employees to reach their full potential, and ensuring responsible internal and external communication.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Goal 1. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACCESSIBILITY AND SUPPORT

• To develop and implement support strategies and methodologies on the effective use of information technology, with efficiently managed ICT resources, to achieve the mission and vision of CLB.

Goal 2. PROVIDE A ROBUST AND SECURE IT INFRASTRUCTURE THAT SUPPORTS ON-DEMAND ACCESS TO INFORMATION.

• To efficiently manage ICT procurement, and coordinate all requests to integrate new technologies, acquire new hardware or software, and replace obsolete equipment or services to meet an ever-changing environment.
• To maintain reliable technological infrastructures, and provide continuous improvement and technical support to the CLB communications and data infrastructures.

Goal 3. CREATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR THE IT SERVICES.

• To implement policies and procedures necessary to ensure effective, secure, and appropriate use of the information resources and services
