On Student's Personal Health Profile Students are required to fill up completely and honestly the medical forms. Clinic ConfinementClinic Confinement Any student who suffers from any sickness are accommodated at the clinic. Basic first aid treatment and pharmacological management is given. On special cases and medical condition of the student, the Parents/Guardian are notified on student's health status.
