VISION

An education institution of higher learning fostering engagement, building relationships and cultivating worthwhile partnerships among stakeholders and alumni.

MISSION

The Office of the VP for External Affairs seeks to enhance the presence of the CLB in the community and to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with businesses, community leaders, and alumni; secure external resources to fund college priorities; and ensure accountability with all external regulating agencies.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

1. To seek support of leaders, policymakers, and other stakeholders to the College's initiatives in advocating institutional priorities.
2. To increase alumni involvement to the institutions' projects and activities that will benefit the community and the CLB students.
3. To foster collaborations and partnerships with industry, academe, and community leaders in relevant undertakings.
4. To cultivate vibrant and inclusive groups to meet the diverse and developing needs of students, alumni and partners.

LINKAGES

The Coordinator of the Institutional Linkages is mandated to identify and explore areas of cooperation and linkages with foreign and local institutions. He/She promotes academic collaboration with foreign and local universities through students and faculty exchange, joint research projects, exchange of publications, sponsorship of conferences, and other related academic activities. He/She is also engaged in the initiation, planning, implementation, and monitoring of linkages activities.

OBJECTIVES

1. To expand collaboration with private and public organizations that will give opportunities for the institution's growth and development.
2. To strengthen cooperation, partnerships with local and international educational institutions (to develop educational cooperation) on basis of equality, reciprocity, and mutual benefits.
3. To assist students with respect to their Onthe-job training environment and academes for internship.

ALUMNI

The Coordinator of Alumni Relations is responsible for the planning and implementation of programs and projects that strategically engage alumni in strengthening programs and provide tangible benefits to alumni and current students. He/She secures commitment from alumni to provide professional expertise and volunteer services to create and maintain pathways for alumni participation that advance the goals of the college.

OBJECTIVES

1. To establish an effective network and communications system with the alumni;
2. To assist the graduates in looking for possible job opportunities;
3. To enhance connections among school administrators, students and alumni and;
4. To improve alumni engagement with the school and community activities
