WHAT IS RA 10931?

AN ACT PROMOTING UNIVERSAL ACCESS TO QUALITY TERTIARY EDUCATION BY PROVIDING FOR FREE TUITION AND OTHER SCHOOL FEES IN STATE UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES, LOCAL UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES AND STATE-RUN TECHNICAL- VOCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, ESTABLISHING THE TERTIARY EDUCATION SUBSIDY AND STUDENT LOAN PROGRAM, STRENGTHENING THE UNIFIED STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SYSTEM FOR TERTIARY EDUCATION, AND APPROPRIATING FUND THEREFO

SERVICES OFFERED

What are the conditions for TES grant?

Beneficiaries enrolled in higher education programs will enjoy a full academic-year of the grant amount, subject to yearly renewal based on their continued studies.

Who are the students not eligible for TES benefits?

Students enrolled in programs and/or institutions not included in the Registry of CHED-recognized programs and institutions Students who have exceeded the Maximum Residency Rule (MRR) of their program

Who can apply for CHED-Tulong Dunong Scholarship?

Filipino students who have a passing grade in the last two semesters of their degree and are enrolled in identified priority courses in duly authorized public or private colleges are encouraged to apply for CHED-Tulong Dunong scholarship.
