CLB's Educating Brilliant Dreamers: Merit-based Aid for Mastery (EBD-MAM) Program, pioneering scholars received their allowance checks at the Batangas City Convention Center on November 26. Recipients Ms. Chelsea Kelly Balundo Herrera, Ms. Chesca Janelle Paulo Verame, Ms. Jully Ann Marie Recilles Gono, and Ms. Jhoane Larga Faytaren were awarded their checks in a brief turnover led by Batangas City Mayor Marvey Marino and 5th District Congresswoman Beverley Rose Dimacuha. CLB Administrator Dr. Lorna L. Gappi accompanied the scholars throughout the activity. The release marks the initial financial assistance given under the EBD-MAM program, which was officially launched on October 15 through a Memorandum of Agreement signing held at CLB. The scholarship affirms the city government’s ongoing efforts to provide quality, merit-based opportunities for deserving students in the Accountancy and Education programs. All EBD-MAM scholars will be assessed every semester to ensure compliance with the program’s retention requirements as CLB strengthens its commitment to producing future board passers and top-performing graduates.
