CLB Graduates Class of 2026 in 19th Commencement Exercises

Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas formally conferred degrees upon its graduating class during the institution’s 19th Commencement Exercises held at the Batangas City Convention Center, June 25.

Carrying the theme, “Grounded on Values, Empowered as Agents of Transformation,” the ceremony gathered graduates, faculty members, parents, guests, and college officials in celebration of another milestone in the institution’s history.

Dr. Rosanni M. Del Mundo, College Officer-in-Charge and Vice President for Research, Extension, Planning, and Linkages, formally presented the graduating class. The graduates were subsequently confirmed by Dr. Rogelio T. Galera, Jr. CESO III, Director IV of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office IV.

Serving as commencement speaker, Dr. Galera reminded graduates that receiving a diploma does not signify the end of challenges but the beginning of greater responsibilities.

Drawing from his personal experiences, he shared that success is built through perseverance, hard work, and the support of people who believe in one's potential. He urged graduates to remain resilient and to remember those who helped them reach their goals.

Representing the graduating class, Cum Laude graduate Yishin Dane V. Gutierrez delivered the farewell address, reflecting on the experiences and values that shaped the graduates throughout their years at CLB.

Ms. Gutierrez emphasized the importance of perseverance, gratitude, and faith, noting that the lessons learned inside and outside the classroom prepared the graduates to face the future with confidence and purpose.
