September 18, 2024 - ATLES organization successfully held the first-ever General Assembly at Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas, for BTLED and DTL students. With the theme “Empowering Innovation Through Skills, Technology, and Life-long Learning”.
Dr. Mary Ann E. Antenor, OIC, College Administrator delivered warm and insightful words of wisdom while Dr. Dolores D. Borras, Vice President of Academic Affairs gave an inspirational message relating to a song. Dr. Borras marked and left the words “We recognized you as a potential educator as you step inside the CLB compound. You are all regarded as potential innovators”. The Dean of College of Education, Dr. Retchie Guico expressed a special message and left a message,” Keep Learning, Keep Thriving and Keep Innovating”. Mr. Alvine Ramirez, the Deputy Adviser of ATLES introduced the goals and objectives, followed by Mr. Dereck John Estremadura ATLES Vice President of Internal Affairs, introduced the Constitution and by Laws (CBL). Mr. Lourence Catapang introduced and took the opportunity for oath taking of the official officers of the organization. Mr. Romancito Sanchez discussed the Statement of the purpose and Dr. Grace Andal the Program Chair of BTLED discussed the Orientation Proper.
Mr. Gail Magalang, Head of the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) left a remarkable quote “Dream, Believe and Survive, Maging star ng CLB ang BTLED”.
The general assembly effectively highlighted the goals and the organization aims for more opportunities, commitment, and gathering the members for more impactful events and programs.
