September 26, 2024 - To improve its preparedness and response to disasters, Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas (CLB) recently took part in the nationwide earthquake drill for the third quarter.
Students and staff acted out emergency scenarios and practiced critical safety procedures with assistance from the Red Cross, Fire Department, and other agencies. The evacuation site was the Batangas City Track Oval, where teams were on hand to handle injuries and manage the crowds.
The exercise demonstrated how crucial it is to be prepared, act quickly, and work together when dealing with possible natural disasters.
