September 28, 2024 - The student leaders of Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas continued its commitment towards supporting the projects of LYDO - Batangas City. The 3rd Quarterly Meeting was attended by several young leaders from different organizations at the Sinsayan Lounge. This is to continue the discussions of the projects and plans for this year. Leading the meeting was CYDC and SK Federation President Hon. Marcus Castillo. All discussions were conducted under the guidance of YDO Nel Magbanua.
The quarterly meeting aimed at putting focus on the CYDC Members' Committee Report and the evaluation of the recently concluded LNK Celebration 2024. Present during the session is Secretary Andrea Lontoc and Mr. Kiko Babasa who bared with the audience the Batangas City People's Council which will act as an umbrella organization that encompasses civil organizations from different sectors such as business, professional, women and the elderly to name a few.
In attendance for CLB were its youth leaders - Yishin Dane Gutierrez (Editor-In-Chief, CLIMB), Christian Rey Sumanga (CLIMB External Affairs Lead) representing JMA - CLB Chapter and Ivan James Cañal (CLIMB Broadcast Production Associate) joining in for Yacap-U. Also in attendance is the Student Executive Council President Gerralym Villanueva. All these youngsters vow to strengthen linkages and networks for the college while ensuring coordination and communication is seamless across all areas.
