The College of Education (CEDUC) provides advanced preparation of teachers with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes which will enable them to become effective facilitators of learning and which will empower them to contribute to the growth and advancement of the communities and the nation. Specifically, the College equips would-be teachers with excellent pedagogical knowledge; social and communication skills; as well as critical and problem skills through research. CEDUC commits to produce teachers imbued with the virtues of excellence, benevolence, dignity, commitment, leadership and boldness (EBD-CLB) for the improvement of lives of the Batangueños in particular, and of the Filipinos in general.

The Diploma of Technology and Livelihood is a three-year technical vocational program that equips learners with adequate and relevant competencies in the area of technology and livelihood particularly in the sectors of automotive, construction, electrical and electronics, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), agriculture, metals and engineering. The course aims to develop globally competitive, skilled and certified workers and trainers in technical and vocational education relevant to the needs of local and international labor markets.
