Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas (CLB) Commemorates Teacher's Day with Uplifting and Heartfelt Celebration

September 30, 2024 - Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas (CLB) celebrated Teacher’s Day at the Audio Visual Room under the theme “Together For Tomorrow: Honoring Educators, Shaping a Sustainable Future.” The event, hosted by Ms. Yishin Dane Gutierrez and Ms. Gerralym Villanueva, featured opening remarks from Dr. Mary Ann E. Antenor, who expressed gratitude for the hard work of teachers and encouraged camaraderie among staff.

Dr. Dolores D. Boras, Vice President of Academic Affairs, delivered a motivational speech emphasizing appreciation for educators, while Mr. Gail B. Magalang highlighted the nobility of teaching. A comedic student impersonation performance, along with musical acts from the CLB Band Culture and Arts and the CLB Theater and Arts, showcased the strong bond between students and teachers.

The celebration included an Audio-Visual Presentation by the Student Executive Council, featuring heartfelt messages and photos from students. The event concluded with class presidents presenting unique gifts to their teachers, leaving everyone filled with smiles and joy. The Teacher’s Day celebration was a memorable occasion of appreciation and recognition for the invaluable contributions of educators.
